Axial Flow 260, John Deere 8020, and Phiber Dash Update!

Bcbuhler Farms

Let’s start with Bcbuhler Farms and their Phiber Dash Trailer that was released earlier this week on Modhub. He has found an issue with not being able to sell pre-assembled trailers, and will be submitting an update soon. Additionally, the next update will add a simple trailer that won’t be customizable or do any sort of mixing. That way players who want an easy to use trailer, can have on.

There’s also a known issue with the weird camera being high above the pre-assembled trailers in the store. This is a bug that can’t be fixed. Lastly, there’s another known issue with the Seed Runner from Schultz Modding when attached and using CoursePlay. Until this is fixed, make sure you’re strapping the Seed Runner down and NOT attaching it.

Custom Modding

Custom Modding shows off a great range of mods either finished or in the works, starting with the trio of Steiger Tractors, including the upcoming RowTrac version, which is my favorite! We also get to see the Axial Flow 260 and Corn Header Series, as well as the 2160 Planter which has been in the works for a while.

They also ask, what else would you like to see? AF11 Combine Harvester? Precision Disk 500T, 2150s? Drop them a line and let them know! Oh, and keep an eye out this weekend. Word on the street is Custom Modding sent over a certain large green tractor to show you! So exciting!

Schaben Modding

Someone we haven’t talked about in a while is Schaben Modding, and their John Deere 8020 project in collaboration with SiiD Modding and Mad Bear. They have modeled an aftermarket cabin, and it is almost done, with only a few minor details to finish up, including a few engine parts and the rear of the machine. We first learned about the 8020 in June of 2022, 2 years ago, and it’s great to finally see some big progress!

SiiD Modding

Speaking of SiiD Modding, I made a mistake in the last News Video, as I referred to SiiD’s S6, 7, 8, and 9 project as a John Deere. When these are in fact Gleaner. I should have known and that’s my fault.

Classic American Icons

Here’s one that I DO know the right answer to! (haha) Classic American Icons Modding are adding a Welker Farms Inc Hat to the interior of their Big Bud Series 3, in addition to a new terminal and opening door options! I tell you what, these Big Buds are getting better and better every day!

Nicko 87 / Blacksheep Modding

For those of you looking forward to Blacksheep Modding’s Massey Ferguson MF320 Skidder, Nicko 87 has released a teaser video on his YouTube showing the machine off, including some customization options, although the main specs of the machine were hidden. I think we all assume it will have the same specs as FS19, so no shocker there. We will still get;

Wheels & Tires or Tracks
Colors
Beacons
Cabin Protection
And the trailer

KarlFarms

KarlFarms has a few updates for us today – first is the Superior End Dump Trailer Pack. It failed testing for a few smaller issues, but was fixed up and resubmitted a few days ago!

Additionally, we’ve got a new mod! Karl is working with Corby, a 3D artist that made the original base model of the Superior End Dump Trailers, and they are working on a new mod! This will be a multi-use flatbed pack with lots of options for;

Long bunks
Round bale bunks
Racks
Straps
And more!

Once the model is complete, they’ll get it ingame, and plan to share screenshots of their progress along the way, so stay tuned!

Ikas FanModding

Another update from Ikas, this time on their American Shed! This will be Version 2;

Updated model with textures
25 color options
Automatic lightning outside
Better optimization
And Updated modDesc to current game version

This was one of the first mods they released, all the way back in February of 2023, and it’s great to see it getting an update to mirror their other mods that are currently being released. Great job!

Mappers Paradise

Mappers Paradise look to have teased the MN Millennial Farmer Map, showing off a few buildings and sell points on the map. They haven’t actually come out and said what map it is, but this is the only new project they are working on right now, so it can’t be anything else, right? Looks good!

Superfly

And lastly today, Superfly has a big update for us on their Metals and Gem Production. This will be version 1.0.1: and is massive! A few notable things include;

Some directories have changed, leading to some things disappearing, like the MKS32 and Silver Bars
Optimized file sizes
New colors and capacity options
Wash Paydirt to find Gold and Silver Dust
Added small Wash Plant
New Big Dog Statue
New decoration placeables
And lots more!

Additionally, the All-In-One Underground Facility update failed testing on the modDesc. They are also taking some time to fix up some lights, and should have it sent back off by the time you watch this video!

And lastly, we get to see a new addition to the Mars Map Version 2! There will be a functional mission status display for crop stock piles associated with completing the objectives on the map. You can store more in the silo than is required for 100% completion, but this still gives you a great visual! Additionally, next to this board, there will be a “map information” board to help guide players through the role-play aspect of the mission, as well as a production chain map. Get ready, Mars is going to be colonized before you know it!
