Mods In Testing
Starting off today with the mods in testing. Currently, we’ve got only 16 mods on the testing list.
- 15 in PC Testing/Stage 1
- And only the 1 in Console Testing/Stage 2
We still have 236 mods sitting waiting to be tested. And the current average waiting time for newly submitted mods is about 9 workdays. You can check out the entire list via the link below.
FSL Easter Challenge
The Farming Simulator League Easter Challenge is set! This weekend, these 8 teams will compete live at Caggtus in Leipzig on Saturday and Sunday, April 15th and 16th. You can watch the tournament on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook. Unfortunately, Giants haven’t shared any time slots for the matches, so I’ll let you know that as soon as it’s posted!
Farming Simulator Modding News
Agro Tonho
Agro Tonho have shared something very interesting; the start of their next truck mod for all platforms; the Silverado 3500! They say the modeling is done, and now they need to get it mapped and put it in the game. It will share the same beds as the F350, with some new options. And yes, Agro Tonho have said that it will be rebranded as Lizard for Consoles, but for now will remain as Chevrolet for PC. The F350 started the same way as a Ford and then was molded to a Lizard, so I’m excited to see where they take this!
Bcbuhler Farms
Bcbuhler Farms’ Swather Pack and Foremost Smoothwall hopper bin pack both failed testing yesterday morning with some minor things, and he said he should be able to have both of them fixed and reuploaded by last night, so they should be back with Giants at this time.
The update to the Swather Pack will be fixing up a few details, and adding a new header that doesn’t pick up grass, so you won’t be hitting grass and crop at the same time when trying to swath on Edgewater, or any other map if you’re using Jos Modding’s Swathing Addon, which is already out.
Custom Modding
Custom Modding have shared a new screenshot of their John Deere 7R, saying that the mod is about 99% ready to go, just finishing up a few more things and it will be all ready for testing for all platforms! This is the 7R that kinda set off the mid to large-scale JD Mods in FS19, and I can’t wait to see it coming back!
IJ Creative Design
IJ Creative Design has a few more screenshots of his Ford FW, saying that the project is moving forward, even if at a slow pace. This is his favorite tractor, and he wants to make it as good as he can! There will be many different features, configs, and even IC! Oh, and it will be coming to all platforms as well, likely as a Lizard or New Holland for Console. Also, congratulations to IJ for hitting 1,000 followers!
Oxy & Scroft
And lastly today, Scroft has released a Cinematic Preview of Court Farms. In his description of the map, he said it will be coming soon to Farm Sim on PC and Console, however as we’ve seen and heard from Oxy in the past few days, the console version will be later. In the preview, we get to see the farms, animals, barns, and some fields, in addition to the sale points, dealership, and many other points of interest! There is also a timelapse of the seasonal changes on the map from spring to winter. If you want to check it out, please drop by and show Scroft some love, linked below!
