Classic JD Forage Harvester, TLX 1982, & Pattison Carts!

Tired Iron Modding

Tired Iron Modding has everything ready to go for his John Deere 5830 Forage Harvester Pack, and it’s now with Giants for testing! The pack will include;

• John Deere 5830
• John Deere 4 row row-crop corn head
• John Deere 666 6 row row-crop corn head
• & John Deere 7ft pickup head

He’s also planning to have another mod on modhub by the end of this week, and will be announcing it soon, so stay tuned!

82 Studio

82 Studio’s TLX 1982 Special Pickup Truck is back in the rotation, and today we get to see a new configuration for the back, a Flatbed! This setup is nice because he didn’t add a nice-new bed with diamond plating and metal accents. Nope, he made it of old wood and beat up metal that has seen better days. Arguably more difficult to actually do ingame than a new one! 

We’ve also got some big-chunky tires and a paint job that could only look good on the back roads to a good-ole-boy. And you can’t forget about the Gooseneck & rear hitches to complete the look! Be on the lookout because I believe he’ll be working on this one over the next few days live on YouTube!

Custom Modding

Custom Modding’s Pattison Liquid Fertilizer Wagons Pack is officially with Giants for testing! There will be 2 different carts in the pack;

• The standard dual-axle version to be towed behind the John Deere Carts
• And the new single-axle tow between version meant to be between the tractor and cart

No matter which one you choose, this will add some great realism and something different to your seeding setup! Next up will be their 9R, Demco Header Trailer, and the Lockwood mods!

MackTrucker921

Speaking of mods with Giants, MackTrucker921 shows off their mods in testing right now. The 30’ Flatbed Trailers, both PC & Crossplay Versions, are pending release. With the Eastern NC Update completing testing. And the Ultimate Autoloading Baling Pack that we talked about yesterday as well as their Grain Mill Plus update are both awaiting testing. 

As for what the update is for Eastern NC, they seem to have been trying to get the update out for almost a month now, but looks like we’re getting closer to its release! You will need a new gamesave as the updates are extensive including terrain fixes. So just a heads up, you WILL need a new save for these updates to take effect.

Hispano Modding

Hispano Modding brings us an update on the Trailers coming with his Container Mod Pack, saying that all sizes of tipper trailers will be finishing up this week! They’ll be available with a 5th-wheel attachment or with a regular trailer hitch, allowing you to pull these with tractors or trucks. 

As for the entire pack itself; this was the game plan back in September of this year, however I’m not 100% sure if all of these will still come with this pack, or if it will just be a few trailers, with the grain containers, and that be it. Either way, I’ll let you know once official information has been provided!

Lancyboi

Lancyboi’s American Barn Pack is now completed, and he says that this one specifically was very tricky to build, as all parts were different. BUT it’s been completed and will bring a new, fresh, and unique looking American Barn to FS22 on all platforms. 

Of course, all barns in the pack will be fully color customizable, and they’ve all been put through substance painter. He was aiming to get the pack with Giants for testing as of last night, so it should already be pending testing!

Bcbuhler Farms

Bcbuhler Farms is adding new traffic to the Edgewater Saskatchewan Map; shown here we’ve got a few big trucks that will be added to the traffic to spice things up a bit! After seeing what Julian F. Modding did with Ohio, it reminded Bcbuhler of some traffic that he had added in FS19, so he’s converting some of the older models from 19 over to 22 to be added to the custom traffic on Edgewater!

Poorboy Modding

Poorboy Modding shows off the starting equipment for his Piney Acres Map. He’ll be adding Cement and Asphalt placeables as well to replace those on Piney Run so that the map will have the ability to make those productions also. In addition, he’ll be modifying the John Deere Gator and Raptor 300 winches to handle more loads!

The Raptor alone should be able to handle 16 tons, or 10 trees, whichever is less, that way you can get to moving things around faster and easier! 

As for the Gator, it can pull 8 trees or 8 tons, with 5 full sized trees shown here. Although I think a running start might have to be used with these many!

TaylorFarms

TaylorFarms has the changelog for the final update to the Frankenmuth Farming Map, one of the most popular USA Maps on Modhub STILL today! 

• Replacing the orange colored street lamps with white led street lamps
• Adding lights to the American flag poles
• Adding more paintable ground textures
• Changing the soybean harvest ready texture
• Updating the beet piler to match Michigan Farms
• Maybe adding Rye as a crop
• And maybe adding a cow barn placeable if he gets permission from the modder

As for his Michigan Farms Map, that will also be getting a similar update, with the addition of updating buyable land to remedy painting to the edges. Prairie Farm Michigan will also be getting these changes. His overall plan is to have everything updated, finished, and submitted on all three maps before the first week of January. These will also all be the final version of the maps. Nothing new will be added in the future. 

Once that is completed, time will shift over to his PC only 4x Maps; including Frankenmuth 4x and Pure Michigan Farming 4x.

OxygenDavid

And lastly today, OxygenDavid has shared an updated PDA to Court Farms. By the looks of it, there will be 105 fields to choose from, with plenty of extra areas for building up, plowing, and making your own. 

He’s also added a horse training area and another goat pasture to the map, giving you even more options when it comes to how you want to farm and play the game.
