DLC Dev Stream, Michigan Map, & S-Series Updates!

Jumping over to Mods that are with GIANTS right now either in testing, or waiting to be tested, and let’s start with Custom Modding, and their John Deere S-Series Combine, which did fail the first time through Modhub testing; however, it has been fixed and is back awaiting testing. In addition to the testing information, we also have the final spec sheet, including price and customization options. 

• It’s going to cost you $591,567
• Has between 333 and 543 hp
• Includes the S760, 770, 780, and 790 models, with special features for each
• Has Goodyear, Firestone, and Michelin tires, likely rebranded as Lizard for console
• Track options from JD, ATI, and Soucy
• 4 different JD HydraFlex Draper Heads in 30, 35, 40, and 45’ versions
• Axle width options
• 8 grain tanks
• 7 pipe options, including the Extender to fit 18m headers
• And a USA Version

The mod is for ALL platforms, and will hopefully be here soon.

Next up from KRKZ Modding, they have been absent for a while due to real life obligations, however, they have an update for the Massey Ferguson S Series 2020 with Giants right now. The update will be adding the 7700S Model, but that’s all we know right now.

Gamer Designs as received the modhub testing results from the Buncher Mod, and needs to change a few things, including;

• Mod Icon
• Normal Map
• Shadows
• And a decal issue

He’s aiming to have the mod sent back for testing by Wednesday this week!

Another mod that is back with Giants is his American Water Tower. It needed some texture tweaks, but has been fixed and is back for its second round of testing.

Legacy Ag has their Multi-liquid Storage Tank Pack with Giants awaiting testing as of late last week. These tanks were originally designed as an addition to Maize Plus as storage for molasses and Filtered Water.

However, the tanks also hold base game liquids; including Water, Liquid fertilizer, and herbicide. So, there are 2 versions awaiting testing. The Crossplay version, which only holds the base liquids. And the PC Version, which requires maize plus.

Both versions have a 2500 and 5000 Gallon Version, which is roughly 9,400 & 19,000 liters.

Our last mod update on currently-tested mods is the Michigan Farms Map, which did fail testing the second time around due to the forest being bare. Taylor explained why it was like this, to make it easier to cut trees down without messing with bushes and small trees, and now the map is back in console testing, after the testing list was created, of course.

I know a lot of you guys are ready to see this map, myself included, so hopefully it drops soon!

Also, heads up, the link for this Facebook page has changed, and has been updated in the description below!

JHHG & SiiD have both shared some new screenshots and information of their John Deere S-Series.

We will definitely be spoiled for choice when it comes to JD Harvesters once this is out! It will include the 75th Anniversary Logo Stickers, as well as new LED lights, and the X9-styled beacons! It will also have;

• New Wheels & Tracks
• More dynamic hoses
• Optimization for better FPS
• And 4 versions including North American, Australia, South American, and EU

They also show off some livery options as well, which I find super cool!

Casearias Modding is back, and shows off the 890L Loader for their Case IH 8900 Series! It will also include a bale spike with different options.

The 8900 WILL need an update to make it compatible, but both mods will be sent off for testing soon to work together. The 8900 will also be getting the right gearbox in this update.

Peppe978 shows off another screenshot of this Komatsu Crawler Excavator, saying it will come with a Forest Processor and a Shovel, and will have about 240 horsepower.

They say it’s shown with the forest processor, but that looks like a shovel to me. But hey, you never know. Either way, it’s cool to see new shots of the machine.

This WILL be for all platforms.

The ARM-Team is back with another mod heading our way; the JCB Teleskid! We will be getting the 3TS-8W & 8T models, aka Wheeled & Tracked models, and they will have;

• 74 hp at 12.5 mph or 20 kph
• Configs for wheels, windows, beacon, body color, rim color, and designs. 

They did not mention, but I would assume this mod is for all platforms, as basically everything they else do is as well.

Lancyboi shows off another model designed for the UK Placeable Pack.

This one is a large grain storage facility. There will be 2 versions; clean, and dirty. Plus, you’ll be able to tip inside the barn or use the silo that’s on the side. The walls have no leakage, so you can use them with confidence.

It IS for all platforms, and will be color changeable.

Willaminia 22 Map will be getting an update soon from Poorboy Modding, and will include some little extras to aid in roleplay and things like that. We’ll be getting;

• Asphalt
• Coal
• Gravel
• Sand
• Clay
• And Dirt

They can only be purchased via the buying station on the map for free, and can be sold at sell points. They are mainly for Role Play scenarios, and don’t work in productions or anything like that. It’s still neat that they will be added.

And lastly today, Mappers Paradise show off the Dealership coming with the Monette Farms Map; RedHead Equipment, located in Swift Current, Canada.

This will be a full-fledged shop with an open, main area and a shop for toys and accessories, just like in real life. And I would assume in the back or side, there will be a large area, similar to the shop on MN Millennial Farmer Map.

We’ll have to wait and see the whole thing in a later post, but this map is turning out to be one of the coolest maps MP has done! I can’t wait!
