Introduction

Farming Simulator 23 is right around the corner, releasing 6 weeks from when this video comes out! So today, I wanted to review all the information that we’ve got so far, that way you can get caught up with everything in 1 video! First some basic information: FS23 will drop on Tuesday, May 23rd for:

  • Nintendo Switch
  • iOS Devices
  • And Android

There are 2 maps; Amberstone – which is the American map, based on regions in the Northern United States. And Neubrunn – which is the European map, based more on German-speaking countries. Both maps will feature;

  • Agriculture
  • Forestry
  • And Animals

That way you can farm the way you want to, just like in the desktop version. There will also be:

  • Production Chains
  • Visual seasonal changes
  • And collectables!

FS23 will have over 130 real and authentic machines on the Switch Version, with over 100 in the mobile version. You can unlock all the machinery on the mobile version, however you’ll need to buy them with coins. In the future, more free and paid content will be released as DLC content. And we will be getting Autoloading for Pallets and Wood, in addition to:

  • A new tutorial mode
  • And AI Helpers

Fact Sheets

That’s the basic overview of the game itself, so let’s dive a little deeper into some of the specifics! Now is a great time to check out some of the fact sheets that have been releasing, starting with the most recent;

The Lemken Koralin 9-840 Cultivator

  • This will cost you $87,500
  • Requires 320 hp
  • Has a working width of 8.4 m
  • With a max working speed of 15 kph or 9 mph
  • Weighs 8.5 tons
  • And will take up 9 slots

For those of you that aren’t familiar with slots, the game only has so much memory, and the more space a piece of equipment takes up, the less room you have left for more stuff before the game becomes unstable. Console players have been dealing with this for a few games now, and it’s back on mobile.

Our second fact sheet is the Pottinger Terrasem C6F Seeder

  • This will cost you $109,500
  • Requires 210 hp
  • Has a working width of 6 m
  • With a max working speed of 15 kph or 9 mph
  • Will hold 4,000 liters total of seed and fertilizer
  • And will plant; Wheat, Barley, Oats, Canola, Sorghum, Soybeans, Covercrop, and Grass
  • The Pottinger also weighs 8.9 tons
  • And will take up 10 slots

We’ve also got a pair of fact sheets from last week, including the Hardi Mercury 4000L

  • This will cost you $28,000
  • Has a working width of 4m
  • With a max working speed of 15 kph or 9 mph
  • Will hold 4000 liters of liquid fertilizer
  • Weighs 870 kg
  • And will take up 5 slots

And the only other fact sheet we’ve gotten so far is the Krampe Halfpipe HP 20

  • This will cost you $36,000
  • Will hold 12,100 liters of bulk crop, including Wheat, Barley, Oats, Canola, Sorghum, Olives, Sunflower, Soybean, Corn, Potatoes, Sugar Beet, and Chaff
  • It weighs 6.1 tons
  • And will take up 3 slots

That might be all the fact sheets, but we still have access to lots of other equipment and machinery on the website, including:

  • Vehicles
  • Harvesters
  • Equipment
  • And more!

You can find the FS23 website linked below.

I have also gotten the opportunity to play FS23 on iPad at PAX East in Boston a few weeks ago, and I’ve got a separate video showcasing my reactions and I talked about some information that you won’t find anywhere else, so check that video out if you haven’t seen it already. I will be getting FS23 on Nintendo Switch and on iPad once it’s released, and I plan on doing a play-through and tutorial series, so stay tuned for that!
