JD Subcompact Cab, C850 Cart Fix, & Lots More!

Let’s talk about the biggest stories in the Modding World today, starting off with Tactical Farmer, who is making great headway on the John Deere Subcompact tractor, with a new customization option being added; the Polar Cab! This is based off one of the cabs from ingame, and completely reworked. He says there were some players asking for a cabin on the tractor, so here you go! You can watch him modding this live almost daily on his YouTube Channel, linked below! And make sure to tell him DJ Sent Ya!

Agro Tonho have submitted the first update to their New Holland CR Intellisense Combine Harvester, saying that it will now feature new models, as well as sound improvements. Unfortunately, they didn’t say what the new models will be, only that they are “In the images” If you are able to pick these out, let me know down in the comments. Otherwise these are with Giants right now awaiting testing for all platforms.

Vector Man has released a teaser trailer for his Timberpro TF840-B Pack, which will be coming soon to modhub! There will be a handful of attachments, like the LogMax 7000XT Harvester Head, Clambunk, Forwarder-Style Attachment, and more! You will also have the option of cabin leveling as well as the floating position of the grab and clambunk. Additionally there will be a reverse drive option and a Top Saw on the 7000XT. He has also recorded all of this sounds custom. I will be showing this off in the video this weekend, so stay tuned for that. But in the meantime, make sure to check out his video, linked below.

Custom Modding has a new Partnership Announcement; Valmetal! This includes a new licensed brand for FS22 on all platforms, as well as a new category of implements that Custom Modding has never worked on before; Liquid Manure Spreaders! Their first project, the Maxx-Trac Dura-Tech is almost done, and will be coming soon to Modhub on all platforms.

Additionally, good news for players that are using the John Deere C850 Air Cart and P576 Air Drill, they have been working hard to find the steering bug on the cart, and they have done it! The update will be sent off soon, and will be changelog 1.0.0.1;

• Improved steering behavior with tracks
• Fixed multiplayer bug
• And increased the speed from 6 mph to 11 mph like the seeders in game

Speaking of John Deere Mods, LR Modding shows off work on a smaller Tiller; the 2660VT Variable Intensity Tiller 33’. This is another smaller version of the 2660VT, great for smaller to medium sized maps and fields. Specs include;

• A price of $177,797
• 10 meter working width
• With a power requirement of between 340 and 476 hp depending on the terrain
• As for transport width, it is only 4.6m wide when folded. 

The mod is ingame and seems to be ready to go, likely going through the final internal tests right now. Then it will be sent off for testing for all platforms.

Lazy E Modding’s Vermeer TD100 Tedder is now with Giants awaiting testing, and he says that once the larger TD190 is done, an update will be done to the mod to include both models. It’s great to see some Vermeer Mods being added to the game finally! And especially coming from Lazy E Modding!

Caleruega Modding also shows off a mod that will be in the next update of a mod; the Rinoagro PL100 Bale Trailer. This is a 10.8m long platform with a front steering axle and optional autoload if you prefer.

Interestingly, the Rinoagro pack has not been released yet. However, it was in testing late last week. So we’ll just have to wait and see what happens. As it stands right now, and last we heard, this mod pack will be for PC Only via the Modhub.

Legacy Ag has gotten a fix together and resubmitted their 58×50 shop for modhub testing on all platforms, after failing testing the first time around. Additionally, Legacy has decided to put the Large Operation Shop on hold, for now at least, to get some of the other projects finished up for the community. He also says to watch out for a few more mods to hit the testing list over the next week or two, and to keep an eye out for the release of a commodity shed that goes with the small operation-style buildings. Very exciting to see more mods coming from Legacy! These are some epic, American Sheds!

Tons more information has been released about MrHector’s upcoming Carpathian Countryside Map, with more side by side pics from FS19 to FS22, and Part 3 of his showcase.

Today, we get to see the industrial areas like the Selling Points, Shops, BGA; places like that. Pretty much everything in these areas has been completely redone, and he says he is very happy with the results and the effort was worth it! The areas may feel a bit empty right now, but they will soon change in the upcoming weeks and months once more decorations and objects have been added.

And lastly today, Kastor Modding shows off a very eerie, dark, and beautiful shot from his upcoming map “Somewhere in Thuringen” Seen here is what looks to be a church at dusk or dawn, and it’s a truly stunning representation of the sights you can see on his map, coming soon! Ish. It’s still a work in progress, but I can’t wait!
