Mods In Testing

Today, we’ve got 79 mods on the testing list.

  • 68 in Stage 1 (PC Testing)
  • And 11 in Stage 2 (Console Testing)

We still have 144 mods sitting waiting to be tested. And the current average waiting time for newly submitted mods is about 5 workdays. If you would like to see the full testing, check the bottom of the page for the link.

Object Storage

A surprise update has dropped on modhub for the Object Storage Mod by GtX. This was update 1.2:

  • Fixed conflict with new object storage specialization added in game update 1.9
  • Czech Translation Added
  • And Added 1 new placeable building; Bale Shelter

This mod is unfortunately still PC & Mac only. However, with the new Bale & Pallet Storage that was just added to the base game yesterday, you can pretty much do everything this mod can, but all in one. So it’s all good.

Community Spotlight

Today is the next episode in the Community Spotlight Series featuring Kermit from GIANTS Software, and his interview with Ola Holdor, creator of the Rennebu Map, and some others, totalling 13 Published Mods on Modhub for FS22. The stream starts at 2pm eastern, and should last for about an hour. I will see you in the chat!

Farming Simulator Modding News

Bcbuhler Farms

Jumping over to modder news, Bcbuhler Farms will be removing the Transport Trailer from his Swather Pack after Patch 1.9 created a problem with its functionality. He tried to find a solution, but was unable to find one that would work. The update to the Swather Pack will be submitted soon, which will also include some changes to go along with the upcoming Edgewater Update, so expect both mods to drop at the same time.

Additionally, we’ve got some information on his Soaring Eagle Drive-Over, which is currently awaiting licensing for all platforms.

And his Killbros Grain Cart SHOULD be releasing soon as it’s going through testing right now.

Hispano Modding

Hispano Modding shows off a few more screenshots of his Flat Rack Container, including a shot of it folded, which is really neat!

And we get to see the logging version of it, too! So, if you are in need of a new way to transport bales, pallets, or logs, here you go! The mod looks about done, so hopefully we see it going through testing soon!

Oh, and Pappy_Tractor Gaming has released a preview of his Liquid Containers, so definitely check that out! The video IS in French, however there are English Auto-Subtitles if you want to use those! Linked below!

EY Modding

EY Modding’s John Deere 4320 is almost ready to go! Currently the mod has the same sounds as the 4020 that we already have. However, he’s trying to find some high-quality 4320 sounds to replace them with! Otherwise, everything else is looking great! He dropped another video on youtube showing it off yesterday, so check that out for the latest progress!

Connect Modding

A few days ago, some mods from Connect Modding were released on Modhub, and then quickly removed. Well today, we have found out why! These mods are set to be released today on modhub; The Sollus Spander AP 12.000 H Fertilizer Spreader.

And the Bazuka Premium 25.0 Auger Wagon. Both of these mods are scheduled for release on Modhub today, so keep a lookout for them on the New Mod video later today!

LRModding

LRModding is continuing work on his John Deere 2510H Dry Nutrient Applicator. So far, the Modeling, UV Map, Textures, UDIM, and Giants Editor work are all done. Now, he’s working on getting them ingame! As mentioned before, we’ll be getting 2 different versions; 1 for Ammonia, and 1 for Solid Fertilizer. This one being the latter. In the past, he has released mods first for PC & Mac on 3rd-Party Sites, and then dropped them on Modhub for all platforms, and I would assume that’s what he’ll be doing with this modpack as well. But we will just have to wait and see.

PeterJ Modding

And lastly today, it looks like PeterJ Modding is back after a break since June of last year. Back then, he was working on the Massey Ferguson 35, and it looks like he’s picked right back up where he left off. We don’t have any more information other than the few screenshots He’s shared over the past few days, but I will be keeping a close eye on him in the coming weeks to see what he’s up to!
